Delta IV-Heavy Rocket Launch
Last night a Delta IV-Heavy Rocket launched from Pad 37 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, and I was fortunate enough to watch it launch from the LC-39 Observation Gantry.
The mission had scrubbed on previous attempts, and in a way I'm glad that it did because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to watch it launch from where I was.
Here's the video I recorded:
As you can see/hear, the rocket got lost in the clouds, but you can still hear how loud this rocket sounded as it lifted into orbit.
