Thoughts as Election Day Approaches

You know, Obama is a gentleman. When you consider he never has mentioned how much obstructionism has gone on in Washington since he became president, by an entire party who took pledges to make him a failed president regardless of what policies he would adopt, and regardless of how many Americans would suffer from that type of political approach.

When you consider everything he has done without the help of "the other side", then you have to respect his record in office. He doesn't have a record of "failed policies" as many on conservative radio and Fox News will lead you to believe.

Imagine for a second that Romney wins in November, and the day after he takes office, every single Democrat in Congress takes a pledge to fail Romney, and for four years any possible progress is stagnated by that pledge. Isn't that in a way un-American? It's at the very least against what American voters sent them to Washington to do.

I've told people before, if you don't like the state of the economy today and you're mad at Obama, then your anger appears to me to be misplaced.
